How it works

Booking a court and checking on it, step by step.

Booking a court

    Pick a court

    Choose Court 1 or Court 2 from the tabs at the top of the booking page.

    Pick a date

    Use the calendar to pick any day within the booking window.

  3. 3

    Pick your hours

    Tap an open hour, then tap the next one to extend — up to the venue's per-booking limit.

    Enter your details

    Your name and mobile number are required; email is optional and only used to resend your confirmation.

  5. 5

    Choose how you'll pay

    Pick whichever of the venue's wallets you'll pay from.

  6. 6

    Confirm & pay

    Confirming reserves your slot and takes you straight to your booking page to send payment.

  7. 7

    Send payment and submit your reference

    Scan the QR or send to the account number shown, then paste the reference number from your receipt.

Checking your booking

    Keep your booking page open

    After confirming, you land on your booking page — bookmark or screenshot the link to come back to it.

  2. 2

    Wait for verification

    Once you submit a reference, the venue checks it and the page updates automatically.

  3. 3

    Lost the link? Use Find my booking or spot

    Enter your booking code (RD-7K3P) or your open play code (OP-7K3P) and the mobile number you used, and you land back on that page.
